This is the first licensed cottage type rental in the City of Niagara Falls established in August 2002.

We offer a beautiful fully equipped family home sleeping 6-8 people for surprisingly low prices. Rental starts at just $60.00 (Canadian Dollars) per person daily (fall and winter seasons). $175 Cad for 2 adults and up to 3 children during high season

Just think.. a whole house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offering everything for the enjoyment of your family group, giving you and your family total privacy as you would expect in your own home. You do not share this house or its amenities with anyone else.

From the Kitchen you walk out through Patio doors onto a private deck area offering a wonderful six-person 'Hot Tub'. Walk onto the pebbled garden into a beautiful back yard where you will find the patio area consisting of a table, six chairs, parasol, garden lighting, a propane Gas Barbeque and private car parking space for two cars.

Sunshine House is maintained to the highest possible standards, having been inspected by the City of Niagara Falls Health Department and Fire Department. It is the first city Cottage Rental House to be approved and licensed by the City for Tourist rental.

The house is situated in Ferguson Street, just behind the 'Best Western Hotel', River Road, in the 'Whirlpool Tourist area Niagara Falls. It is also just a matter of yards from the banks of the Niagara River, the famous People Mover route and Niagara parkway attractions, 'The Whitewater Boardwalk' and the 'Whirlpool Aero Car'. A shuttle to and from Niagara Falls operates from the stops, just a matter of a few yards from the house making it convenient to see all the attractions of Niagara Falls for guests wishing to take advantage of Niagara's superb transport system. A five minute drive to the falls.

We offer good, clean fully equipped private family accomodation at affordable prices! We do not try to compete with hotel prices as they cannot compete with what we offer. The cost of rental is less than the average cost of most hotel rooms (Taken from the average annual daily hotel rooms pricing in Ontario)
Convenient to a number of Golf courses, travel to St. Catharines./ Welland and surrounding areas. It is approxiamately 15 Km from Niagara-on-the-Lake in the direction of Niagara Falls.
